Our product is an adult-entertainment, human-to-human video calls marketplace covering international markets with the main focus on North-America, EU and Colombia. On top of it we had to build the fintech (payment) layer.

WhaleHunter.cash is our affiliate program and one of the acquisition engines that our company runs.

The position…soon to be yours

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing affiliate relationships. The Affiliate Manager will find, engage and develop marketing relationships with web site publishers, email marketers and other affiliate marketers.

We need you to take ownership for:

• Creating strategies for affiliate marketing meant to generate the sales numbers we're aiming for.

• Develop win-win relationships with affiliates to boost the number and quality of users they bring in, making sure more of them become customers.

• All our affiliate campaigns, we need them to run smoothly and generate the best outcomes possible.

• Constantly generate fresh ideas and tools for campaigns, like bonuses and rewards, with the intention to keep our programs exciting and attractive.

• Continuously assess the development of our programs and campaigns and act for improvements and best practices to put in place.

• Find and bring in new affiliates and partners to join our program, making it even stronger and more successful.

We believe success in this field is translated through:

• Being a master in communication and in active listening
• English and any other language skills additional will be your superpower;
• Experience in affiliate marketing as an affiliate, or being involved in managing affiliate programs;
• Knowledge of how a website must be done in order to gather traffic and push sales to the advertiser;
• Be the master of your time and energy;
• Practiced sales skills;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement focused plans.
