Role description

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze the interactions between Customer Care Representatives and customers and provide with the feedback.

• Maintain the internal knowledge base

• Work on improving users’ experience (externally and internally)

• Support of the team members with requests related to their daily operations

• Collect feedback, implement and suggest improvements of internal processes and tools

Required skills and experience:

• 4-5 years of experience working in support department (CSR, CCR, TL, etc.)

• Excellent English and Spanish written and spoken

• LATAM based or Europe based with the previous experience living in LATAM

• Basic knowledge of Google Docs

• Great communication skills

• Developed acceptance, respect and tolerance to personality differences

• Ability to explain and teach others

• Vocal and confident
  
  

Nice to have:

• Liberal education (Bachelor or Master degree)

• Knowledge of other languages

• Previous experience in quality analyst role would be a plus

• Passionate about learning and self development
