Secondly, let’s tackle the “who are you” side:
You are a recruiter with experience in tech oriented roles (but not only), with an active presence on the most atypical world wide recruitment channels and with a lot of creativity to put into growing our presence in industry's communities through valuable actions.
It’s natural for you to think outside the box, to come up with “crazy” ideas, theories and plans + you have an innate urge to test them all(after taking into consideration all facets of the context). You’ve always been a free spirit and now you found the best environment to go wild and unconventional.
Now, what you’ll have to do next to us:
We are recruiting people for different roles, with different seniority levels, from different countries and cultures, but all with the same energy. We are constantly growing our team so you will have at least 1 recruitment process ongoing and a lot of recruitment strategy to build, hence you will have to:
- design and implement overall recruiting strategy;
- understand the needs of the hiring team & calibrate department’s request with HRM;
- check and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- create recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/recruitment platforms (conventional & unconventional ones) etc;
- source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, communities and any other known/discovered source;
- screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and cultural fit;
- monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- promote and present company’s image in accordance with company’s culture;
Next, what we think you’ll need to succeed:
- 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a very competitive market;
- Be part of Tech communities in order to hunt talents;
- Proficient in LinkedIn Talent Solution;
- Master in social media platforms such as: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook;
- Ability to drive end-to-end recruitment activities;
- Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives;
- Ability to continuously improve the way we discover and hire business fintech talents;
- Flexible and strong mindset;
- Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working.
